Success in the Lancashire Life Lake District Photo competition

I arrived home tonight to find a fantastic canvas print of one of my pictures, courtesy of Lancashire Life magazine. The magazine has run a Lake District photography competition this year with a theme of 'Paradise Before Me', the competition was supported by the Wordsworth Trust. From the hundreds of images entered into the competition mine was judged into second place and I am over the moon with that result. It can be seen in the December edition of Lancashire Life magazine along with the two other winners.

The picture was taken early one morning as I walked from Little Langdale over to Tilberthwaite and shows a typical Lakeland cottage, check it out and see what you think!
