Winner of the Daily Mirror Travel Photography Competition

I had some excellent news recently when I was informed that I had won a travel photography competition run by the Daily Mirror and ePHOTOzine, an on-line photography magazine. I took the winning image on our family holiday to Cuba this summer and it shows one of the many classic American cars on the streets of Havana. This one was in need of a little attention and I captured its owner with his head under the bonnet trying to bring it to life again.
I currently try to restrict this site to images captured in and around the Lake District so you will not find the winning image here but if there is enough interest I may add a set of three images of the cars in Havana and make them available as limited edition canvas prints. Please add a comment to the guestbook if you would like me to do this.
