Appleby Horse Fair 2009

Appleby Horse Fair is one of the largest in Europe and takes place early every June. It is held in a field commonly known as Fair Hill, less than a mile from Appleby town centre. The confirmed dates for 2009 are Thursday 4th - Monday 8th June, with the main days being Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
After attending the fair for the first time in 2008 I intend to return this year to soak up the atmosphere and once again capture some superb images. After I uploaded some of the pictures I had taken I received a few requests for pictures of particular people or horses, so if you will be there and are looking for some pictures then please contact me and let me know some details and I'll see what I can do.
